This project consisted of taking a basic 3-blade turbine design and modifying it to provide the maximum power generation. The blade below was designed by me with input and collaboration from a inter-disciplinary team of engineers. This blade had to be 3 inches in diameter and use an unaltered central hub. The blade was tested in a 25 mile per hour wind test and produced 3 Watts in this test case.
